About Us

Mark McGinnis
Mark has has over 20 years of expertise in multiple areas of the insurance and risk management industry ranging from Principal and President to Agency Consultant and Claim Representative.

As the Principal at Summit Risk Advisors, Mark’s dedication to integrity and professionalism, combined with an assertive work ethic provides a solid foundation to excel in offering insurance solutions for general commercial business, professionals, employee benefits and individuals. Prior to beginning Summit Risk Advisors, Mark was a very successful State Farm Agent in Cartersville, Georgia.

Mark received his Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia with a major in Communications. While at UGA, he was a member of the Baseball and Football teams. Mark is a graduate of The Darlington School in Rome, GA.

Due to a strong desire to positively impact today’s youth, Mark has stayed actively involved in coaching recreation and Little League teams in Bartow County. Mark and his wife Sallie live in Cartersville, GA.

Brent Bowman
Insurance and risk advisement has become a passion of mine because it combines two things that are important to me: meeting new people and leveraging the knowledge I’ve gained through friends, family, and life experiences. At the age of 20, I was involved in a near death experience after a hit-and-run accident while I was on my motorcycle in Florida. This accident quickly enlightened me to just how quickly things can happen and how necessary it is to have a safety net of insurance to protect you.

I find personal satisfaction from assisting people in finding the right coverages to best protect what matters most to them. In my role as an agent, I educate individuals on what insurance policies can do for them and how to best prepare for the unexpected.

Austin Bradford
Austin Bradford has been providing risk management and insurance solutions for businesses and families since 2006. Austin’s extensive industry knowledge and strong relationships with professionals in multiple industries position him as a strategic advisor to his clients.

Prior to joining Summit Risk Advisors, Austin held positions with State Farm Insurance Companies as a Licensed Agent and an Agency Specialist. He works with a passion to help businesses and families across the country manage their insurance goals.

Austin received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Campbell School of Business at Berry College in Rome, GA with a concentration in Business Management. If you ask his clients and other business relationships, they will tell you that Austin's main concern is adding value and worth to every relationship he joins.

With a dedication to giving back to his community, Austin volunteers as a firefighter for his county and is a member of the county Search and Rescue Team.

Adriana Silva
Adriana has over 8 years of experience providing risk management solutions for individuals and companies. She specializes in Personal, Professional and Life insurance among other lines.

Adriana arrived in the United States in 2000 from Goiania, Goias, Brasil. She is a graduate of The Goias School in Brasil. Her determination and dedication to providing accurate solutions for her clients is the greatest value she adds to every relationship.

Her ability to speak Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently enables her to assist clients throughout the country with their insurance needs. Adriana’s industry experience combined with the support of the firm’s Commercial and Personal Practice and Benefit Group teams enables her to tailor solutions for commercial client’s property, general liability, worker’s compensation and Personal lines insurance needs.

Adriana resides in Cartersville, GA with her husband Shane and her three beautiful children Jillian, Aubrey and Ethan.
